The other thing that we wanted to bring up, is loot, and how we are handling it currently. For the raid game, we some really nice gear dropping, and we're of a like mind, that as a guild, we currently don't need a loot system in place. With that out there, we have developed some basic rules and guidelines for loot. On a raid - you are allowed to win 1 class item (AQ armor set/books) and 1 item (Armor, weapon, head). One thing that you should consider however - is that if you do go out one week and clean up, win some nice upgrades over everyone else, and have out rolled others to get your upgrades, there is something we want you to consider. You're XX amount of guildies that helped us get there. If we go out the next week - and something drops that you want, maybe it's best for you to pass for a week or two, especially if others are rolling on them. It's a matter of being considerate to your guildies - it's awesome getting an upgrade, but I want you to think about the person that hasn't gotten an upgrade as well. You're all adults (minus Red, but he handles himself pretty well ) - you can use your best judgment on this one. Also, regarding the Burning Crusade - we're a ways off, but we will most defiantly get something up for a loot system with the new raid game. Expect that to hit the Private Boards in the following months of the Burning Crusade out - and the general level of the guild approaching the raid game. Take care OGs! Feel free to question/comment in any way about this
