Well here i am again guys.
After some runs and tries on High King Maulgar i descided to make some tactics for him cause there isn't realy a place where you can find a good informative site.

K here is the guide for the people not interested in visiting a website.
25man instance for lvl 70.
This is a 25man Onyxia but more easy then Magtheridon.
Before you can reach Gruul you need to kill High King Maulgar and his 4 adds.
High King Maulgar drops the token needed to get Tier4 shoulders.
Gruul will drop the token needed to get the Tier4 leggings.
High King Maulgar the Lord of the Ogres along with his council,
Kiggler the Crazed, Blindeye the Seer, Olm the Summoner and Krosh Firehand. :
Strategy :
This will be for many people the first 25 men raid encounter in TBC.
After some practice you can easly farm this boss every week with a good lineup.
Some information.
-High King Maulgar hits for around 6k damage, crushing blow for 9-10k and cleaves for 12k damage. Note: Nobody in meelee range only MT.
-Olm the summoner: This is the first add that we are going to kill. He is a warlock and has some nasty and anoying abilities.
Deadcoil - he does this on the person that has most agro with him. Thsi is also the reason why we use 2 tanks on him and kill him first !
DoT - he places some random DoT's. just make sure they are removed.
Meelee damage - hits for around 2.5k on the tanks.
-Blindeye the Seer: This is the second add that we are going to kill. He is the healer and needs close attention from the rogues.
Prayer of healing. This is the dangerious part. Rogues will have the job to stun, kick him as long and as much as possible. (mind-numbing works) (Shieldbash)
PW: shield . his shield that absorbs alot of damage. Dangerious cause you can't kick or interupt him when casting a heal and shield is up !!
Counter==> 1 of the healers of the tank of this mob will dispell the magic shield ASAP. We can't stress this out enough how important it is.
Please rogues and warriors watch out that you don't try to interupt the heal when the shield is still up else you loose the ability to interupt it when a priest dispells the shield.
Meelee damage - hits for 2-3k damage on tanks.
-Krosh Firehand: This is the 3th add that we are going to kill. (No meelee !!). This is a firemage that does some nice damage.
Fireball: Does around 7-8K damage each fireball.
Fire AOE: If anyone comes to close, < 15yards (i think), he does an aoe fire spell that does 8-9k damage. Again nobody in meelee range.
Magic shield: Reduces magic damage taken by 75%.
Owké the reason why we don't use a meelee tank is clear i think. Now lets explain why to use a mage.
We use a mage because they have alot to counter. Every mage knows how to use there fireshield and stuff so no explaination on that.
What is special, put detect magic up and spellsteal the shield ! If you do that you will get fireballs of 2k damage instead of 7-8k damage.
By the time the other 2 adds are killed the mage has enough agro for the RANGED dps to kill the add. Just keep your mage alive.
-Kiggler the Crazed: Last add that we will kill. He is a shaman but doesn't have much special abilities.
Lightning Bolt: does around 1-1.5k nature damage.
some sort of shock: a shock that doesn't do much damage but disarms.
Sheep: i haven't been able to check this up but i think he is the one that sheeps.
Owké so how to do this. 2 possibilities:
1. We use a hunter in NR gear to ranged tank him. Hunter will almost not get any damage and can tank it good.
Only disadvantage is that sometimes he gets sheeped but is dispellable.
2. We use a Druid to tank him, no worries about sheeping and able to tank him good.
Now that this is explained enter the instance buff up at the entrance sign on the maps below and move into position.
Follow the guidelines on the maps and after some tries you mastered the pulling and you can own this boss.
Also after an add is dead , ask your healers to spread out.
1th add dead ==> 1 healer to high king fast, 1healer stays in the ranged dps group and heals around, dispell magic (shield, sheep, dot).
2th add dead ==> 1 healer to the mage tank 1 more to the high king.
3th add dead ==> 1 assist on the shaman tank, 2th heal around and high king tank.
4th add dead ==> focus, stay at max range, keep your tank alife ! and loot a t4 shoulder item.
